Making your own baked tortilla strips is a great way to use up the last few tortillas that you have on hand.

Start with either corn tortillas or flour tortillas. Cut the tortilla into strips and toss with cooking oil. Lay out the strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. bake 350F for 12-15 minutes, until perfectly crispy.
