1. Steamy Kitchen Buddha Bowl Update

I must have not embarrassed myself *that* badly earlier this month, when I appeared on the Daytime Show, making a Buddha Bowl recipe. 

To be honest, I STILL haven’t watched that clip yet! Ugh, I hate watching myself on television. I’m overly critical of myself, and I know I shouldn’t be haha! 

Well, I’ll be back on the show, we’re taping Oct. 5th in my kitchen, and I think it airs a couple days after that. 

I was told not to wear all-black on TV (even though that’s my go-to color for everyday wear during year of corona ….because it matches everything and you can’t really see wrinkles!) 

Last week, I purchased 7 different colored shirts, so now, instead of having to choose between black and black-ish….I have coral, turquoise, hot pink, red, baby pink, emerald and sunshine. 

I think it’s a good idea to add color back into my wardrobe….as I’m adding lots of vibrant colors in my Buddha Bowl recipes….and bright colors make me happy!

Have some asian pasta or noodles in the back of that pantry of yours? Don’t want to make a complicated stir fry? Make this recipe for a Pineapple Chicken Teriyaki Buddha Bowl instead! Layer any type of noodles in the bottom of your Buddha Bowl, add in your veggies like fresh broccoli and carrots, sizzle up some chicken and utilize our pineapple teriyaki sauce to bring it all together!
