Do You Like Your Egg Hard Boiled or Soft Boiled?

If you like when your yolk is firm, then allow your egg to sit in the hot water for a couple of minutes once it is done in the microwave.

On the other hand, if you like your yolk on the runnier side, remove your egg from the hot water as soon as it is done in the microwave and place in cold water. We suggest using a spoon or tongs to move your egg because it will be hot!

How To Tell Your Eggs are Good

If your egg sinks to the bottom of the bowl of water that you place it in, then your egg is good and fresh

If your egg sinks to the bottom, but stands up on one end, then it is still good, just not as fresh as it was the day you bought it.

If your egg floats to the top then it has gone bad, don’t use it!
