It is already near the end of yet another month! And I can’t believe we are already a quarter of the way into 2021!

1. We completed our Spring Clean Challenge!
With thousands of us participating as a community – it was truly something special!

2. We released our brand new Reverse Meal Plan System and the Low Carb Buddha Bowl Recipe Book! We thank each one of you who have gotten your copy so far!
3. We launched a total of 15 incredible giveaways! Thank you for your support in playing our giveaways this month! We wish you the best of luck as they run into the next months.
4. We mailed out our Effy Jewelry to our lucky winners from our first 7 Days Of Giveaways Series! Our SK family will be looking Sparkly in no time
5.Our team member, Amanda (aka the Dukey babysitter) celebrated her 1 Year Anniversary being apart of our team! I am so beyond grateful for Amanda’s help with our small business over the year!
These are just some of the highlights of the month – and we appreciate each comment, email and connection that we’ve made across April!

For this week’s tip – learn how to get crispy chicken skin on your next roasted chicken!
When you make a whole roasted chicken- the key to crispy chicken skin is one thing – Salt!
Salt the whole chicken and then chill it uncovered in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Remove it from the fridge 1 hour before cooking to bring down in temperature. This not only seasons the bird, but also dries out the skin, so it’s wonderfully crispy when it cooks.
