Peanut butter and lime juice head up this easy 6-ingredient peanut dressing that doubles as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a Mason jar, close lid, and shake vigorously to combine. Add more water for a thinner texture if desired. Refrigerate and use within 2-4 days.
